Last weekend, I bought a Manix II CE from the SpydieStore to go with a Pink Manix II I bought when they were released. These fine knives are to be given to 2 of my best friends that are to be married 8/14. It was listed as the only one in stock so I promptly bought it. I was informed by Mike that it shipped on Monday and I would receive it on Wednesday. All is good!
  Wednesday when I get home from work, the box is waiting in my mailbox as promised.Yay!
 I open the box up, and - Whoa! Not a Manix II but an Orange Rescue! Nice knife but not quite a Manix!
I give Mike a call (after 5PM eastern time), he answers and listens to my problem, with only 2 days before the wedding! He tells me he will call me right back, and he does! He doesn't have another in stock but he thinks his distributor does, and will call me the next day with a solution. I get the call around 11:30 the next day and he tells me the Manix is on the way to me VIA Fedex Overnight Air and I will have it by 4:30, Friday! The wedding present is saved!
  When I get home Thursday evening, I discover that Mike has emailed me two times during the day with tracking numbers and a very sincere apology, and a gift certificate from the SpydieTalk.com store!

 Now this is over the top customer service! All I expected was to exchange the Rescue for a Manix II when it was available. My friends would have understood that there was a shipping mix up and all would have worked out, eventually. I want to thank Mike for all that he did, over and above what most dealers would have done. I have only bought a couple of knives here (economy has not been good to me!) but I was treated like I was his number 1 buyer!
     Guess who will be getting my hard earned money for all future Spydie purchases?
Thanks again, Mike!   Oh by the way, Fedex delivered the Manix Friday morning! Perfect!
