I finally got my Manix 2 PE...
I'd say I'll use Mike's tri-angle to sharpen it, but this thing was beyond shaving-sharp out of the box.
Definitely my new EDC, and I'm sure it will be for a long time.
Oh, and I shot this with my new Canon 7D, so the full resolution image is worth looking at if you want to see detail...

I grabbed a few knives for Christmas this year, from Spyderco I got a Native III CF, a Caly 3 ZDP, a SuperHawk CF, Captain and a Large Spydiepac. I also got a Benchmade 950 Rift, the one with the cool black and white handle, I have the Native and Rift but the rest are still in the process of being shipped here. Can't wait!

I traded into a Spyderco Gayle Bradley folder, but it did not arrive until after the New Year. I did get a David Famer custom "Waif" model with Burlap mycarta scales. Only other gift I got this year was some coffee from the in-laws.

I got a P'kal, Bug and a SharpMaker :). The P'kal is a real beast, scary-sharp out of the box.

How do you like the P'kal as a carry-knife? I really liked the idea of it as a defense knife, but I have issues justifying the price if it isn't well suited to normal utility needs.

I am currently working on a review of the P'kal as a utility and EDC knife. Since there simply isnt any online i figured id be the first. I will post it on the forum aswell as diffrent pictures of grips ASAP.

I got several knives for Christmas. A Zero Tolerance 0200 and 0350 and a Kershaw Barrage. None of them are Spyderco knives but I still really like them. I haven't taken any pictures of them yet, but maybe I will try to get some Spyderco/Kershaw pics up soon. I am planning on getting a Rock Salt with some left over Christmas money though.

I got a Shun bread knife for Christmas and I bought myself a few after Christmas items. I just bought a Manix yesterday and a Gayle Bradley last week. Neither have showed up yet but I'll get pics up when they do.
