1. Can I participate?

The giveaway from SpydieTalk.com is open to members SpydieTalk.com of the United States and International countries where USPS can ship to, who are 18 years or older.

2. How do I Enter?
1. Just Sign Up to become a member. (required)
2. Comment on at least 3 items that interest you (photo, discussion form, video, blogs). (required)
3. Visit the Classifieds Section and sell your knives.

Note: Limit one profile per person regardless of method of entry (tracked by IP address). Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant are void. Misdirected, lost, inaccurate, incomplete, mutilated or illegible entries are not the responsibility of the Sponsor and are void. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will neither be returned nor acknowledged.

3. How do I win?
The lucky winner will be selected via a random online generator. The winner must respond to claim the prize within 24 hours or another winner will be picked.

4. What can I win?
Winner will win a FREE Spyderco Tenacious. No substitution or transfer of prize or cash redemption is permitted, but Sponsor may at its option substitute cash value or another prize it believes is of equal or greater value.

5. When does the contest end?
Contest ends July 1, 2010 at 11:59pm. Winner will be announced July 2, 2010.

6. General Conditions.
Void where prohibited. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, States and local laws and regulations. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters related to this promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing errors in these Official Rules.
